Metal Fabrication

 

Welding, grinding, boring, and bending are just some of the processes we use in fabrication. Our crew has access to three oversized fabrication tables, a 100-ton hydraulic press, propone ribbon burner forge, a 24-foot lathe, a gantry crane, the latest in arc welding machinery and a bastard file for when it's needed. 

We can work with any material you have in mind, but typically work with Carbon Steel and Brass. If your concept requires complex components with fine details, we can design those parts in CAD to have cut with a water jet or laser CNC process.

Wood Fabrication

 

The wood side is outfitted with all of the staples of a full service woodshop.  A rich local network of suppliers available to us means a benefit to cost and schedule. We can maintain an abundant inventory of material stock on the shelves making for a streamlined schedule. From standard birch for cabinitry to exotic Ipe from Brazil, we're equipped to produce any wood elements of your project requirements. 

Of course, we always approach all of our work with sustainability in mind, using re-purposed materials when suitable.

Delivery and Installation

 

We're considerate of all the factors in the life of a project, and will be working out the sometimes critical details of final delivery in the first days of your project. 

Ironing out those those wrinkles ahead of time can lead to a successful schedule and final budget. We'd rather you focus on the final product instead of the stress and costs of project coordination and uneccassary storage. 

2D and 3D Design

 

Every project we take on is custom, therefore a representation of what you have in mind may not yet exist. From just a few pencil strokes on a napkin, we can produce precision CAD drawings along with photo-realistic 3D renderings to bring your concept into a real-world representation. 

We treat the design process as an iterative one. With you're active input, we'll reach revision mile-stones to ultimately arrive at a final render for your approval. Then, our fabrication team are tapped into the technical drawings and 3D renders, ensuring a true and faithful outcome of your vision.
